De Zavala Park Apartments

Total Crap From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/7/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   This apartment is total crap. The speed bumps are so anoying. The staff is lazy, if you need something and they have someone in the office they are rude as hell to you. Parking is horrible. The walls in the apartments are paper thin so you can hear everything. The grounds are filthy, dog pooh everywhere. No one cleans it up. The crime is horrible, i had 2 car radio's stolen in a year. They had the golf cart and some gym stuff stolen from the gym that sucks. It is the size of a damn bathroom. Do not do it, there is cheaper and better places.
