a ghetto in a nice neighborhood

If your looking for ghetto and busted this is it - weird neighbors that dont p/u afterthemselves and partical board kitchen cabinets that fall apart at the touch. There are newer nicer places in the area with newer appliances which helps you save on your energy bills. They also never told me that I'd being paying the sewage and water bill which is like $30 extra on rent
