De Zavala park over all is a good property. I've been here for about 9months and I'm very happy. The maintenance guys get things done fast, usually the same day. The girls in the office are always cheerful. I will admit that since the lynd company took over Ive been hearing from a lot of other residents that the rent is going up. I hope not becuase the property is old and the interior of the apartments are older looking as well. The location is great. De Zavala park keep up the good work
