Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I've lived here for almost a year and have little to complain about. I've had a few maintenance problems that have been taken care of quickly. The management seems competent. It has beautiful trees that keep your electricity bill down. Also, despite its proximity to UTSA, it's quiet. I've rarely heard my neighbors, even when they have people over. Move on in as long as you'll keep it quiet. :)
