Apartments are old and not worth what you spend on rent

I have lived here for 2 years and the apartments are so old they are falling apart they don't replace old carpet they give you old shampooed and dyed carpet when you move in you think you are getting one thing and yopu get another. The mainteance are incredible but there is so much they can do to the apartments. The office are nice sometimes but other times they are rude. Bad lighting on the backsides of the apartments and my boyfriend's car was broken into by someone that lived in the apartments.I can smell weed being smoked outside by teenagers. It is turning into the ghetto and traffic on De Zavala is just ridiculous!!!

Pretty much right on the money and also you forgot about the people who are really proud of their radios and vibrate your whole room with their ridiculous bass in their cars. Ghetto Park is what I call this place. Maintenance is real good there though, but that's about it.
