De Zavala Park Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I have lived in these apartments for two years. The first year was slighly bearable. Management at this place is HORRIBLE. They pretend that they are so helpful, when in fact they never do anything. I have called a total of 10 times for one thing to be fixed over the course of several months...fact is, they don't come. Neighbors are rude, loud, and completely inconsiderate of other people. They plaster up old holes and eventually it starts peeling off, carpeting peels up around the corners, and the walls are tisse paper thin. You can hear your neighbors using the bathroom while in yours. It's disgusting. There were 5 wasp nests on the balcony which also pest people never actually came to fix that problem either. Calling this place a nightmare is an understatement. Look anywhere else than here.
