My fiance has lived in these apartments for the better part of a year, and he has had a good experience there. The staff is friendly and worked to accommodate his request when he had to upgrade apartments. They have been great with our animals - we have several. The maintenance crew is very friendly and prompt. There are some parties, but not many. The population is varied; it's not all college students - there are families and seniors here as well. There is a small walking trail on the back of the property, which is nice, but could stand to be repaved. The only annoying things in the apartments are the speed bumps and the people who veer around them.
