I have lived in this apt complex for a year now and overall I have to say I did not have any problems with the company. When I need something fixed, I would put the order in and it would get taken care of, but recently things have just started to go down hill. I don't know if its because they are so eager for tenants that they are letting anyone in but things are going from bad to worse. Two of my neighbors have been broken into and thats pretty scary for someone that lives alone. At night the complex is pretty dark because most of the lights have been out of service for a while. I have repoted it to the management but all they tell me is that they are working on it but nothing gets done. They hired a "security guard" but we only saw him once and I never saw him again. I howp things change for the better because they will end up losing good tenants for bad ones.
