Excellent living conditions but parking is a nightmare at night

I live in a 1 bedroom 621 sqft and was paying $565/mo. The apt is really small. The gym equipment is old and outdated. The treadmill doesn?t work half the time. The pool is well kept. They have patio awards for Christmas and halloween for best decorated patios. The neighbors are pretty cool. The walls are very solid. You can crank your music and your neighbors wont hear you. If you live in the front near the second gate, its impossible to find a parking space after 9pm. Its like the neighbors are afraid to leave their apartment complex after 9pm because they will lose their parking space. Most of the time I had to park my car in the fire lane because I was not going to lug groceries up to the second floor. To find a parking spot at night, you had to park all the way over to entrance side sometimes and walk back to your apt complex. The staff at the office are pretty nice. My carpet has been cleaned free of charge by them and the carpet guy did an excellent job. I have been there for 2 years now, but If I choose to stay, I would definitely move into the 2 br?s since they are bigger square foot wise and they are a little pricier, but it is worth it. I?m military so I didn?t have to pay a deposit. Getting out of the complex to DeZavala Rd is horrific. There is so much traffic on the roads from 6:30am til 9am and from 2:00pm til 6pm, its virtually impossible trying to make a left turn onto the road. They need a traffic light at the complex, there has been times when I had to sit for 5 mins before I could make a turn and behind you in the complex, there is a funeral line of cars behind you :)
