Okay place for the price

DZ Oaks is not the greatest, but also not the worst. The apartments are small, but well maintained. The biggest problem is simply parking...the is none! If you come in after 10 pm...forget it...you will have to circle forever to find a spot. Aside from that, everything else is okay. My husband and I lived at DZ Oaks for two years and enjoyed our time there. Remember, you get what you pay for...so, it's okay for the price.
