when my boyfriend and i first moved into the oaks it seemed like a nice quite and safe place to live. then we noticed that the toilet would not stop running. when we called to inform the managment, they seemed friendly. but as it went on a week and nothing had been done we called again and the customer service level dropped. that was the first warning. As time went on and more and more college students started moving in it was no longer quite and you could never find anywhere to park. our neighbors constintly had parties that would have 30 to 50 people out in the hallways and people were getting sick. they even pulled the fire alarm off the wall and caused the alarm and firestation to come out at 6:30 am. the complex fined them 200 for a cleaning fee, but never cleaned up. there are still stains in the hallway where people got sick. when we complained to mamagment nothing was done. they continued having loud parties and managment never did anything about it. 2 fo the washers were broken as well as 2 of the driers in the laundry faclilty and they were never fixed after atleast 6 mns.
But when it came to the point of no longer being able to take it anymore and wantting to move out 2 mns early the managment team has been nothing but rude and they are trying to come up with all these new fees and charges to make us pay for. Even though they never lived up to there end of the lease by providing working eminities, and a save and quite living area, they expect us to pay these outragoiuse fees. my overall rateing is don't even stop and look, you won't be able to get out of the complex with all of the traffic there.
