I've been here for half a year but it's not that bad. I don't understand the parking situations. because I've been able to find parking fine. I think it is because i live further down the road in the not so crowded area. But anyways the parking has always been great for me. Good apartment complex to my knowledge. Staff is a little rude but can deal with. A bit pricey but it's worth the few extra dollars if compared to other apartments. Never had a bug problem or any complaints. neighbors are great and a few late parties go on rarely. Only thing about the parties are the music. But being so close to a University what do you expect.
