My experience with De Zavala Oaks was fine until about the 2nd month I lived there. My patio furniture was stolen twice (from a second floor apt, mind you.) My car was also broken into and the hubcaps were stolen. When the police officer came, he had told me he had already been to the complex a few times that month for break-ins/vandalism! After that, I never felt safe. I had an ant problem also that never really got better...there were ants everywhere. The apartments themselves are fine, but not that great of a deal for what you have to put up with...
