When we were shown the model apt. it was nothing like the one we ended up getting. There were alot of stains, loose tiles, leaky toilet, etc. And we left the place in better shape than we received it. The last straw was when we got a bill for damages that were there when we moved in. The worst was $20 for the stained toilet! The walls are also very thin (poor construction) and you can hear everything that goes on in the building! You can find much more for your money.
