I agree with most of the negative comments I have read. We live on the 2nd floor and still have an insane ant problem. I clean the kitchen w/ bleach constantly and they still come back. The tiles in the kitchen come up all the time. The drainage is horrible. When you finish with a 10 min shower there is enough standing water in the tub to take a bath, even after using draino twice. If you move here make sure you note ALL damage on the damage report and get it turned back into the office. Wall discolorations, stained carpet, etc. We are in the back of the complex and don't have the problems with parking, but do often park at least a builing away...but they are apartments...you have to expect that. The apartments are quite loud, during the day. We have a building mate who likes his stereo loud and another who leaves a dog on the balcony to bark, but neither is a problem at night...just if you're trying to sleep in. On the good note, we have had no problems with the management, they have actually been very helpful and attentive.
