ive read all the good and the bad so far and i dont really understand why some of these people are complaining. i think the staff has always been very friendly with my room mate and i. they know our room number, our last names, they even ask the right questions about the apartment when you report something being wrong, and ive never EVER had a problem reporting something and have them not comply in a timely matter. ive never had a peoblem with really anything, and i love where i live. yes, there is a fight sometimes to get parking, but unless you live in a house, when is there not a fight for parking' But its never a real problem, the only thing i think is unsafe is trying to pull out of the apartments to the street, its a very busy area, but that isnt the apartments fault. if there are ants constantly in your apartment, maybe they were already there' why not just go get the perimeter raid and nuke the windows and doorways' it worked just fine for me. i just think there are some people who only feel good about themselves if they complain. and maybe its just a matter of opinion. but i enjoy where i live and have already signed for another year. i would definintly tell anyone who was looking for an apartment to look up the DeZavala Oaks.
