Office Staff Tyrants

My spouse and I have lived here for a good while, with relatively no complaints. The apartment is nice and maintanence has never had a need to visit us, however the apartment is HIDEOUSLY small (even for a one bedroom), and the tiling has had problems but that is no big deal. However, recently we've come under attack for problems that WERE NOT FAULT OF OUR OWN.
The smallest of these problems includes other problem tenants who are dealing drugs, a NOISY car alarm that goes off near every night, the laundromats washers/dryers and coke machines eating your money (which is a very big deal when it comes to $2 per load), absolute lack of landscaping, NUMEROUS strays defecating constantly, tenants leaving their stinking trash bags in the breezeways, and the security gates being consistently broken for months on end.
The largest of these problems have been the consequences from complaints by a "neighrbor"- a stray dog recently defecated on our doormat- as upset as we were, we hadn't yet cleaned up the problem. It wasn't our pet- much like the abundance of fecal droppings from other pets and strays on the landscaping (strays are PLENTIFUL here, including a nearby apartment who does not leash her dog, nor does she keep her cat indoors).
However, this individual saw it fit to report us to the office (as if our teacup chihuahuas could have made such a large mess) for our pets going to the bathroom in the breezeway.
The office has now served us with near $2000 worth of pet fees, and an eviction notion for "unauthorized pets" for PETS THEY HAVE APPROVED OF.
They are unwilling to budge on this matter. They KNEW of both dogs and were perfectly fine with our tiny babies, but now, they have a problem.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY! LIVING HERE IS FAR MORE STRESS THEN THE LOCATION IS WORTH!
