Under New Management!

It would be a bad idea to sign any type of lease with DeZavala Oaks. They can't even keep a consistent staff in the office. I really liked the people that used to be there, but then the new manager (a seemingly --- male) brought in his own people and they haven't got a clue. He refused to honor my thirty day notice that I had given the previous manager and when one of my friends tried to rent an apartment, he tried his best to get him to pay market rent and then pulled a special out of his ass when he thought he was going to lose the sale. I'm assuming this dude's never been a manager before. If you're a long-time tenant like me and you think things were bad before, they just got a whole lot worse!!! One Sunday, I walked by the office and saw some guy drinking beers behind the computer, he looked trashed!!!! If I were you, I'd spend my hard-earned money elsewhere.
