I've been here for over two years. There have been three different managers since I moved in. Fortunately, my neighbors are quiet. But there have been two occasions when the fire alarm went off in my building (once due to the weather and the other time due to some drunk college kids pulling the alarm). Because the alarm system is controlled by the complex, tenants had to wait two or more hours for the maintenence personnel to show up to shut it off. I have had two seperate ceiling leaks due to the roof. And the management is not geting any better.
