It's a DeZavala Oaks Christmas, Charlie Brown From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Today, I went to buy a soda from the laundry room. On the way there, I saw a gutter had fallen off, with another dangling off waiting to maim a resident here. I also saw the Time Warner cable box had been broken into, with cables everywhere. Then, to top it all, the soda machine was broke. Malfunction' No, someone had drilled a hole into the locking mechanism, with metal schillings all over the floor. Someone's laundry was strewed across the dirty floor, obviously not buy the owner. This is just one adventure of about 30 yards from my apartment to the laundry room. The only good thing about DeZavala Oaks is that it's in Texas, and Texas has the Castle Doctrine. It makes me tingle to realize one day I may have to murder someone breaking into my apartment. As for the recommendation by the previous 19-20 year old college student, I would take that with a grain of salt. Not enough experience in life or at DeZavala to make your decision on. Of course, staying here will educate him/her in ways he may not have expected.
