I am a 3rd year student at UTSA. My room mate and I moved in here in July and have had zero problems since we got here. The worst thing about this complex is the fact that it can be very time consuming and frustrating exiting onto DeZavala as the street is very high-traffic.
Our neighbors are always quiet, the landscapers keep the grass trimmed on a weekly basis, both my car and my room mate's have never been vandalized or broken into and we both consistently get spots right in front of our apartment.
When we signed the lease, this complex was under a different management and we got a really great price (735/mo). I've heard that the new management charges more nowadays, which is too bad. The price was the deciding factor. A lot of people say that this place is unsafe and dangerous, but I've never really had a problem here. I would easily recommend it to a college student who is try to save a few bucks by not living at the expensive complexes that litter the campus area. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
