It's horrible! The dogs bark 24/7 and the management will not do anything about it when you call them. They say they will however it never happens. You can't sleep at night for all the barking dogs and it goes on & on & on............
The maintenance people stole $60.00 cash off of my dresser in my apt. right after I moved in and I had instructed them not to enter my apt. unless I was there. So much for that set of instructions!

I told them I needed a 9-mo lease and they said I had to sign a 1 yr. lease and when I got my transfer letter from my employer, they would let me out of the lease with no penalty. Then I found out that they lied and will do 6-mo & 9-mo leases also. My company transferred me and sent me the letter they requested to document my transfer and the apt. mgr. said "tough luck Buddy", your in a 12- month lease and we'll sue you if you break it. They are liars and the manager is an absolute jerk! The asst. manager is dumber than a fence post and has the IQ of a Hedgehog.

They will tell you anything to get you to sign a lease- It's a bummer- go somewhere else and save yourself a lot of headaches! This has been the most miserable 9- months of my entire 66 years on this earth.

I've been in the apartment business for a long time and you are just one of those whinny residents who wants to get away from paying fees that come with breaking a lease. If you would read your contract you wouldn't be in the situation you are in. So "Tough Luck Buddy..."

I have lived there and would prefer a "tent in Hell" and deal with the ----- himself before dealing with the crooked management @ De Zavala Oaks again. The manager is an absolute crooked, lying female con artist with no regard for the tenants and her only goal is to bleed them until they can bleed no more. The asst. manager is like the person above said, "she has the IQ of a hedgehog"! These people should be tarred & feathered and then placed on public display in the town square.
