Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
Almost 2 years I have been renting here and I will be out very soon. Things are getting worse day by day. Here are some reasons not to stay at these apts.
1) Dog poop all over grass
2) Manager does nothing to fix problems
3) Gate is always broken and takes forever to fix
4) Loud music
5) Cars being broken into or tires being slashed
6) Weed smell in breezeways
7) Take forever to fix problems inside and out apts
8) IT WILL TAKE FOREVER TO GET OUT OF APTS BECAUSE OF TRAFFIC
9) Trash all over street
10) Just want ur money here do not care about anything else
If these reasons do not scare you then rent here, hahaha..... good luck
