I have lived here for 5 months and i have had trouble turning into the complex from culebra since i moved in! there is no protected arrow and traffic is horrendous!
Not to mention that someone was stabbed recently, there is a rooster, and the neiborhood next door is in the ghetto. There is a gate but it seems that it is ALWAYS broken and just stays open so i dont know the level of security.
I normally park 3 buildings down because that is all i can find and the walls are thin! I hear my neighbors VERY well if you know what I mean. The staff is awsome and thats what keeps me there! Also because I have a GREAT rate on my rent and it is plenty of room for just me. I will most likely not renew my lease though....

I'd say 97% of the time the gates are working. And if you got through driver's ed you should be able to make a turn without a protected arrow. I haven't had a problem here. It's a good place for the amount of money you pay. The roosters need to go, though. And there should be more parking spaces. There are disabled, raggedy hoopties sitting out that don't need to be taking up space.

I've lived here since October, and there must be like, a ghetto and nonghetto-facing side to the complex. I live facing the newly constructed houses, so all I hear are dogs and construction vehicles. I used to hear kids screaming their heads off and doing outdoor karaoke, but I suspect they moved out of the house across the fence, because the noise stopped. Where are these roosters and thugs? Is it even legal to have farm animals at your house?
