Very nice place to live

My husband and I really enjoyed living at deer creek. Our apartment was comfortable and quiet. We are on an early schedule and normally went to bed around 7-8pm, but never had any noise problems with the neighbors. There were a lot of military people living there, us included. The laundry facilities were clean and whenever I went to do laundry they weren't crowded. The staff was WONDERFUL--- really really nice, understanding and helpful people. We were on a month to month lease, and that wasn't a problem at all. We also kept a stray dog for about a month or so while trying to find it a home, and we let the staff know. They did not charge us the pet fee for this dog, and also tried to help us find a home for her. The pool always looked really clean and attractive, and they had a small-but-nice workout room (although the remote control had been lost for the tv so unless you were tall you couldn't change the channel.) The only down side in my opinion was the local traffic, which seems to be just awful on Culebra. I would live there again. Oh and really the rooster wasn't bad at all-- I heard it maybe twice while outside, never in our apartment. I thought it was pretty funny, actually. The management told me that they made the rooster-owner get rid of the rooster, and I thought that was kind of sad. Since when are people not allowed to have roosters' Anyway, back to the point. This was a really nice place to live and if I had to move back into an apartment i would definitely go there again.
