Deer Oaks Apartments

Happy with this place thus far From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have lived here for about a year now. I must be lucky because from reading the other comments, you'd think it was a horrible place. My apartment (one bdrm, first floor, shaded) is nice, I don't really have a problem with noisy neighbors, and although I have had to call in two work orders (low water pressure in shower and slow-draining tub), they have responded quickly and the problems were fixed. The office personnel are great, IMHO. Parking is fine. Yes, the raccoons do exist...and I even saw a deer on the property once (it's called Deer Oaks, go figure). I've had no problems with bugs at all. Perhaps these other complainers need to actually keep their apartment CLEAN -- it works wonders. My electric bill has been insanely low, and this is fantastic especially since I love to run the a/c a LOT, and this past summer was one of the hottest ever. The grounds are very nice. Overall, in spite of the very minor problems that have occurred over the past year, I am very glad I chose to live here and I would definitely recommend this place.
