While the grounds and amenities are quite nice, the actual apartments are constructed so poorly. You seriously can not do anything without your neighbor below complaining. I have a 9 lb. dog who only barks when someone comes to the door yet my neighbor complains about the little guy running across the floor. Granted she doesnt blame me for it, but how poor the apartments are built. If you live in a unit that gets little sunlight... HELLO MOLD thanks to single-oane windows. The worst thing is how the entire building shakes when a neighbor closes the door. Utility bills can also run quite steep... I live in a 2/2 without a loft and our light bill runs about $300 with the A/C on 75. At night parking is horrendous. The office staff is quite nice and seem to be on a first name basis with a bunch of residents. While this sounds like a bunch of problems (which they are) it is still one of the nicer places to live in Ocala. If you can afford it, I say go to high-end Heathbrook apartments next to the new outdoor mall.

This complex is in San Antonio, TX , not Ocala...their are no 2/2 and none of the apts have a Loft. Besides, the utilities are included in the rent and I believe the Heatherbrook apts. refered by this person are located in the state of Florida-not Texas where these apts. are located. This entry is obviously an error.
