Mold, military and rude management

My wife and I lived here for almost 2 years. During that time we both were getting sick more than normal. The drainage in the bathroom was very peculiar with stains and mold forming by the time we moved out. We too had the problem with the military cause for about the same reason as the other family, and I believe with the same manager. My nieghbors ceiling collapsed during the recent rain storms and ours was on the way there. Water stains were forming on the ceiling and it was starting to fall in, luckily the movers came the day before. The maintenance man (and this point I disagree with, nothing but good experiences with them) came to look and discreetly told me that other ceilings were falling in also.
