Believe the leasing agent when she tells you that they will not replace any appliance until it cannot be fixed anymore. Our most important appliance here in San Antonio went out 4 times total, three times in one week. Each time they said that it was ants in the contactor. I call --------!! Why isn't there ant killer in the little area around the unit' They will use any excuse not to spend money on the tenants. Summer is here and I have NO AC. How many times do I have to call before they will actually get a new one. Not to mention that the electricity bill is well over $150 in the summer time. You can see light coming through the cracks around the front door. And the AC unit is so old it eats up all your money. Don't ever have any emergency problems either. Our toilet started to overflow and the turn off valve broke off. The emergency repair man lived 20 minutes away. Emergency means immediate attention not twenty minutes from now when our whole apartment is flooded. To sum up, don't rent here. It sucks. The leasing agent is rude. You can here every step the people upstairs take. And all the appliances are too old to be used.

and to top it off there is a registered sex offender living on the property. I kid you not. Look up Mark Wilson, he lives in Apt 1401. I bet you were not told that when you signed the lease were you? Contact a lawyer, maybe you can break the lease without a penalty.

This tenant skipped out on his lease after only 3 months. Apparently he has done this before. He likes to trash properties. Do not let him do it to yours.

I honor him for bailing you idiot 210stone!!! I would have left too if I had to live in there with no AC in the summer when it gets soooooo hot in this city! He didn't trash the property, you staff members have by letting it go to squander for the last decade!!!!!!!! Never repairing or replacing broken or old appliances.
