A/C did not work properly for 5 months. No sleep with windows open, loud neighbors and loud vehicles after midnight. Took too long to replace broken refrigerator. Maintenance stained carpet, never cleaned afterward, despite our complaints. Cabinet doors would never shut, hung open. Paint on ALL door knobs, never cleaned despite our complaints. Bathroom floor rotten with MOLD. Never repaired. Paper thin walls- you hear conversations and all noises from neighbors bedroom. Electrical wiring bad.

I knew an old lady who moved out of Devonshire, and the EVIL HORRIBLE WRETCHED staff charged her over $1,000 because the old lady's sliding glass shower doors had to be washed. The staff are so evil they even conn poor old ladies out of their money! They told the old lady she had to pay within a week or they'd add more fines!

The old lady upstairs has been taking kickbacks for years, It gives the complex a bad name.
