I have been living here for about 1 year with a roomate. I am only moving because I get tired of scenery easily...No, I don't want to re-arrange my furniture.
The unit is beautiful and everything is nice about it except for the pergo floors in the kitchen. I must not know how to clean them properly but it seems that no matter how much I clean them they are dirty in the little grooves! NO...I am no obsessive compulsive!
Noise is not an issue in our building...however we are the loudest people in our building...and we do have frequent get togethers and have only had one noise violation.
If you are young...you will enjoy the scenery. I have not seen anyone over 35 that lives in this complex...lots of hotties at the pool and roaming the parking lots... which brings me to my next subject..parking.
THIS IS THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE ABOUT THIS COMPLEX............PARKING SUCKS!!! UNLESS YOU PAY EXTRA FOR COVERED PARKING YOU HAVE TO WALK A MILE TO GET TO YOUR APARTMENT...ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIKE TO GO OUT AND GET HOME WHEN THE BAR CLOSES! GOOD LUCK.
Management is good and always friendly and helpful when I go into the office.
I would recommend this complex to anyone... friends and family! Don't listen to anyone else..Dominion Park is home!

Your a ------- idiot; you are one of the reason's this apartment complex sucks. This is not a college flop house community and did you ever think that other people don't want to hear your ---- with your "frequent get togethers. If you want to party like a college student move to the dorms. Oh wait you probably go to UTSA which isnn't a real college anyways; so party it up before you spend the rest of your life as a waiter.

HMMMM???? And just what would you consider a REAL college? If my memory serves me correctly, all of the large schools ARE universtities. Such as St. Marys, UT, Texas Tech, A&M, OU, Baylor. Are these not real colleges either?
