I've only been living here for a month and a half. During that time, my A/C has broken down once every single week. It happens at night, I call them the next morning, and they wait two days to send somebody. So if you do the math, I've only got air conditioning for half a week every week. To top things off, you can't call in with a maintenance problem, you have to physically go in and write a maintenance request. So if you've got to work, good luck. I tried to get to the office early one time to fill out a maintenance request form, and it was locked. As I got back in my car, I saw an office worker sitting at a desk staring at me. Great service. My current problem, my toilet is broken and won't flush. I contacted them Thursday. It is now Saturday and I won't get seen until Monday. I can say this... I will not live here again next year, and I will do everything in my power to make sure that no one I know lives here either.

I agree with you. My lease is ending on the 31st of May and I cannot wait to get out of here. A piece of advise, your contract states that when you request maintenance three times and nothing gets done, you can break your contract with no consequences, but you have to request it in writing, if you cannot go in person to do the request, you can write them certified mail. I think that is even better because that way you can have proof that you requested maintenance. Read your contract, I think it was paragraph 37.
