NOT WORTH IT!

From afar, these apartments seem like a nice place to live, but you'll soon learn otherwise.

1. The community landscaping is nice and gives a good first impression...But the pool is not terribly impressive and is often over-chlorinated. At the front of the complex is the garbage compactor, which is entirely too small for this community; by the end of the week garbage is spilling out, and you trash have to pile trash up outside unit (disgusting). Also, there are feral cats living in the community which feed off the garbage.

2. However, the apartments themselves are not worth what you pay in rent. Walking in the building hallways you'll notice old fixtures, missing railings, and hallways that need painting. These apartments were cheaply built: I live in a loft with high ceilings, and there are large cracks in the drywall that continue to break apart. Bathtubs have something wrong where they sink in towards the middle and water does not drain properly. Leaky faucets used cheap hardware/seals and had to be replaced. Walls had dirty hand prints on paint. In the kitchen, appliances are nothing special, very cheap and unattractive MDF cabinets. Drill holes in cabinets/walls are not covered well.

3. Management is something to be desired. Rarely courteous and never return phone calls, if you need anything done by them you have to check up otherwise expect no action. Phone calls are not enough, to get any real response you have to go to the office. Do not not expect to get valid information, even the assistant manager and property manager contradict each other.

4. Parking IS a problem, usually never enough. If you come home late at night you may have to park outside the gate near the office and walk.

I am glad someone else feels the same way that I did when I lived there. The attitude of mamagement stinks and I had to get in contact with the property owners in order to get some results from management. I was there two summers without any air conditioning and it was never fixed when I moved out 18 months later.
