never ever rent this apt. unless you don't have choice.when we moved in the cabinets were not clean.there were spiderwax all over them.lots and lots of roches were there.dishwasher was not working and when we complained nobody showed up so i have to clean by myself.we have to do paste control.only one plece for trash between 280 units.during weekends it became stinky.there were no place for people to dump their trash so they have to keep that outside.and when we moved out just b'cas they couldn't find anything they charge us for order removel of cooking while i wasn't cooking in that apt. from a week.just to keep the deposit every time when we called to ask about deposit they told us different reasons for the charges.we have been leaving in apts from so many years throughout u.s never ever see management or manager like this.please stay away if you are willing to pay this much rent they charge find something else.
