I lived here for five years, and I have to say this place has gotten a lot of undue flak. I never had any problem with the management. If we put in a work order it got done. We've had a few noisy neighbors, but the really noisy ones never lasted long. Parking is less than ideal, but it could be much worse; if you don't get home really late in the evening, you'll usually find a close spot. I was pleasently surprised by the move-out repair charges; there was nothing unreasonable and we didn't get charged for the carpet which was pretty much ruined over 5 years by food spills, etc.
We moved out because we were in a three bedroom and one of my roommates was moving back home. Dominion Park was in my top three for apartment complexes to move to (in a smaller apartment), but my remaining roommate wanted a change of scenery.
