Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
The staff is friendly, but getting something repaired or replaced, such as a broken ice maker, will take a really long time (say more than 2 weeks, a month or never). The apartment areas (parking lot and grass) appearance are kept nice and clean. The kitchen appliances need to be updated. The air condition unit works great!
