In the 3 years I have lived here, everything has deteriorated. Shelter Corp. will not finance repair crumbling patio walls, unpainted buildings, a broken sprinkling system. Trees and grass are dying for lack of watering.Gates are seldom operational.
If things do not improve this year, I am moving out.. I love the location, my own apartment is maintained, (except for the patio wall)..Carolyn and staff are courteous.

Gates break b/c the trashy residents break them b/c they can't be bothered to use their cards....Landscaping is crap...don't waste your $ here......
