I would axe this place if I could! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I have been living here for almost 2 years and the first year was ok... UNTIL...I started getting nasty letters on my door about "sightings" of my 2 dogs doing their business where they were not suppose to... WOW... I work 3rd shift and my girls are potty trained to go on potty pads ONLY...sorry you all, got the wrong person!...but that did not stop the insisting letters that my dogs were becoming a prob...hmmm, they are now being too noisy!...they claim to be "pet friendly", they are FAR from being a pet friendly community. Needless to say that it all went downhill from there... I have yet to use my dishwasher again because obviously my 2 work orders on it are "still pending" ... almost a year later... water has been shut down for expanded periods of time, and you guessed it, hope you are not so smelly because that is the way you will have to go to work! In the last year there has been a change in the residents that reside here, making this a pretty scary place to come home to at night, since I do late shifts...there is not enough lighting and the parking is horrid... walk at night at your own risk... And for some reason, I feel somewhat stupid knowing that we have a "fitness room", but I can't seem to find where it is located... But needless to say, what has really done it are the 2, yes 2 recent eviction notices that I have received because I have not paid my rent...hmmm, my bank and the electronic image of the actual check clearly suggest otherwise... first time they "lost" my check, 2nd time, there was no explanation to the madness... I just think that it is both humiliating and frustrating to come home to an eviction notice waiting on your door.. In short, I give this place...2 THUMBS DOWN...
