These apartments basically suck! There is a suicide attempt everytime you try to leave the place, especially in the morning. The maintenance is not good, there were several times when we put in a work order and it was finally fixed two or three days later. Most of all my car was broken into and had my entire $1000 system stolen, which by the way I had just paid off. This is what really ticked me off about this place. Another thing is that when my fiance, myself and our young daughter moved out, I left the place clean. The thing that REALLY pushed my buttons as would anyone else is when they charged me $700.00 dollars because in the words of the manager, "it reaked and it was filthy, the carpet was torn, and there was also vinyl torn on the kithcen floor." I told the manager that she was obviously looking at the wrong apartment b/c i left that place clean. I was insulted when she told me that it reaked. I answered her back and said, "you think i live like a filthy animal, b/c i dont BIT**". and then the woman had the nerve to hang up on me. That was it. I was not going to pay that money b/c there was no proof of that, although she said she had "pictures" which i have yet to see. So if you want you car broken into and money taken from you, then move in. Otherwise for all you smart people, hopefully this review wil help make a desicion for you. DO NOT MOVE HERE, THE MANAGEMENT, LOCATION, AND PROPERTY SUCK.

Hmmmm. I live in the Club now in September 2007. I think two - three days is a pretty reasonable time for repairs that are not urgent...I have waited 2 -3 MONTHS for urgent repairs from some propertry managers.
As for the manager hanging up on you - I would do the same if someone called me that - and the very fact that you seem to need to repeat it only serves to convince me that you are not a very nice person. As for your broken into car - yes, that problem still exists here, but what moron would spend $1000 on a system in a car and not put an alarm in it?
Proerty and location suck??? Did you not consider this BEFORE you moved in? or does it only suck because someone called you out for what you are and you don't like it?
I live here in Doral Club now (2007)....it is not the Hilton by any stretch, but it is a nice apartment complex. You are always greeted by name when you enter the office and issues are dealt with in a timely manner.

OH please... I had simple toilet leak and it took like 5 days, 3 calls and 2 office viists to get it fixed because and you have to light a binfore under their --- to get anything done......
