I have lived here for 5 months now and if its not one thing its another. I work nights and trying to sleep during the day around here is impossible. They seem to employ people that find it necessary to blow leaves for four hours straight. Might not be a big deal to some but it is when you haven't slept. the apartments are crapply made, the boards in the floor are broken everywhere, sometimes I am afraid I am going to fall through to the aprtment below, you can hear everything that is going on in the building, from the people on the first floor turning on their shower to anyone in the building shutting their door. If anyone shuts their door it shakes the whole damn building. And every weekend is a party. Last weekend their was a huge party that involved a mass amount of people fighting and throwing beer bottles at cars. Took forever for the police to get here and i never saw security once. that is if we have security at all, I call them all the time and nothing ever seems to help. Had a group of guys fighting in the stairwell and threatning to shoot each other and security never came after i called 3 times. I have had gum thrown on my car windshield. When it comes down to it if you work nights don't live here, i was getting in trouble all the time for 'walking around' my apartment at late hours.

I hear ya! My room mate and I were served a lease violation for "excessive traffic" a few months prior to us leaving. The office wouldn't cite what brought it about, but issued it becuase it was believed that were were dealing from our apartment. Yeah, DEALING! My room mate and I sometimes leave for or return from work at odd hours so of course we'll be up at those times.

You can call the San Antonio Apartment Assocation and they can help find out any information, they are there to repersent tents. I work at an apartment complex. Not this. But I do live here and it does suck.

Good luck trying to talk to the owning company you won't get much out of them ....you could try BBB complaints i did that and they just bounced it back to the office manager and they got pissy at me for filing the complaint.
