I was referred by a friend's mother to rent this 1 bedroom apt. I was told the apt was going to be ready on a Monday. On Monday I came with a truck load of stuff to move in. When I checked into the office they couldn't find my lease,they had me mixed up with someone else,the apt number changed from one apt number to another.I had not viewed the apt myself before move in (I know my fault) but I was practically living out of my truck so I was In need of a place to live ASAP and because I only had to pay 35.00 to move in I did. On a Wednesday when the apt was finally ready I walked in and the cleaning lady was still cleaning. I walked around to scope out the apt, I was not satisfied at all! I immeaditely filled out the apt damage report so I wouldn't be held responsible for any damages. Let's just say that there were so many things wrong with this apt that I had the property mgr Carolyn Rowan walk the unit so she can see for herself that the apt was damaged and defiantly not ready for move in. She was apologetic and requested new carpet and all the things that I saw wrong she requested repair and reminded me that these apts are older apts and wouldn't be the updated appliances,tile,carpet,and fixtures. Yes I took that into consideration but I refused to live in filth.Half of the requested maintanances got done in a timely manor. As the months went by things started to fall apart. The ceiling in the RR started to leak I called it in immeaditly once I knew of this at 11 pm the maint man came and placed a bucket for the leaking water to go in and said he would be back in the morning. The ceiling was hanging the RR was soaking wet. The maint men came the next day poorly patched up the ceiling performing a job my 9 year old son could of done. It looked horrible! They left tracks of mud from there shoes on my new carpet,tracks of paint on the carpet, on my shower curtain,and my RR decor. I called the next morning and complained. Carolyn the property mgr had my carpets cleaned free of charge. I had already cleaned the rest I refused to leave my RR dirty. My lease was up after a year and I signed a 16 mo lease because the location was convenient, moving costs money and is time consuming. That is my #1 regret! Now I am having problems with the same ceiling leaking again. There is mold damage now in my RR it smells awful and the a/c vents smell like cig smoke from the last tenants. I am overwhelmed with these people. I want to call KSAT 12 and report this as the worst apts to live in, in San Antonio! When my lease is up I am OUT! I will never recommend these apts to anyone not even my worst enemy regardless of their $50.00 off one month's rent! They can keep their 50.00 to protect their reputation!

Amen! I used to live there and just about to light a fire under their ass to get a simple toilet leak fixed...they are 100% inept...and the whole complex is io dire need of a re-modeling that the ------ owning company won't pay for....No wait they won't even pay for GRASS or SRINKLERS!!!!!!! Yeah if you haven't already call Trouble Shooters I was very tempted to call them myself at one point.......
