I went in yesterday just to take a look at this Apt. even after reading all of the negative reviews and while I wasn't falling over myself to sign a lease with them, it didn't appear to be as bad as I thought it'd be.
The unit I saw was the largest 1 bedroom they have and it was very spacious but I can't say that I was thrilled about the lack luster appearance of the cabinets and appliances. The door had dents in it and the balcony was in need of at least some new paint or something.
Overall, it seemed ok, but I just wasn't sold. There seemed to be a lot of tenants there within a close space. So I'm sure noise would be a definate problem. And the landscaping does need some work. I think I'm gonna pass on this one :OS

The sprinkler system still needs fixing in the back areas. Front areas, where people see it, are working, but back areas are not working and leaking lots of water. Grass and shrubs are dying in the back areas.I am told that Shelter Corp will not approve funding for the repairs needed.
