First of all, I highly doubt ----- said, "What do you want?" to *you*, nor did -------- call *you* a liar. I'm guessing that ----- said, "What do you want?" to someone who may have walked in the door (NOT you), whom she knows very well, and can joke around like that. I'm guessing that with -------- you just didn't get what you want, and you're pissy about it. You claim this, she says, "Well, this is what we have on record." and you think she's calling a liar. That's probably what happened. And like my friend Anonymous said, parking is a problem in all apartment complexes... It's called MULTI-FAMILY COMMUNITY. Grow up and get a house.

Looks like Dove Valley Ranch management has logged on and is lashing out at a tenant with real concerns!
All concerns are absolutely true: other people using your "paid" parking; skunks and racoons ripping-up the trash; the odor of cat spray "all over" the property; the unsightly garbage dumped anywhere onsite; apartment break-ins; maintenance never on time as promised; and poor management.
They only person working hard and earning his money is the mexican maintenance guy who goes around picking up all the garbage on the complex.
In my opinion and first-hand observations, I think the current management should "get out of this house (Dove Valley Ranch)", "grow-up by enrolling in course that will teach them how to do their job properly," and "then look themselves in the mirror and decide if they are indeed cut-out to be in management!" DVR, don't attack your tenants, we are why you have a job at DVR.
