The one bedroom apartments are very nice, and are large at 888sq.ft. The apartments have a good layout with lots of storage room and a double balcony. The property is quiet and well maintained. The only flaw of the complex is the electric bills! After talking with several of the neighbors, we found we all had electric bills ranging from 100-180 which I find high for a one bedroom apartment. My apartment cost $590. It's a good apartment if you budget the high electric bill into your price range.

You're an idiot! Stop blasting the AC and your electric bill won't be so high. The only way the apartment itself would have anything to do with your electric bill is that you have more square footage to heat/cool thus increasing the cost. Either live in a closet sized efficiency and feel like you're getting a bargain on your bill or shut the hell up and use some common sense! ~Someone obviously more intelligent |
