overall recommended From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have lived here for almost a year, and for the most part I would tell a friend about this place. It is quiet, and there is noise, it is usually taken care of pretty fast. The area is pretty well kept and pretty, and almost all of the neighbors are friendly as can be. Management is nice enough and are usually helpful, BUT getting things fixed has seemed to be a big problem. I went for weeks with a broken toilet and a few more weeks with a broken stove. However, the quietness and coziness of the complex makes up for lack of speed in maintenance. The view of the golf course is beautiful and it is open to the public. Overall, I would say go for it.
