Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2005
 
Unfortunately, since The Lynd Company has taken over the management of this property things have been "going downhill." It's almost impossible to have repairs completed. Examples: Limited access gate out for 6 months (didn't work on a regular basis before that either), potholes in the drives for years, bricks coming out of exterior walls, lighting not repaired for years, pool sometimes clean enough for a swim (not recommended), roof leaks (for years), irrigation system not functional (for years), etc. Choose any property NOT managed by The Lynd Company. The choice is yours.
