Not what I was told From: anotherfool Date posted: 2/22/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   We came here and thought this was a nice apartment complex. We came from another complex that was riddled with gang violence. I would move back there right now if I could. The amount of dog feces that "decorates" the landscape is awful. I cannot allow my children to walk more than a foot away from because I fear they will step into something. The only playground set also is used for animal waste. Cigarette butts are sprinkled throughout the grass like they are native plants life. The security gates are gone. There is no gate. The day we signed the lease in december was the only time we have seen the gate work. We were told they would fix a door in the bedroom that had been damaged by the previous tenant. It still is not fixed. We are being charged for trash pick at curbside. That was aload of -------- as well. I guess since the leasing office doesn't live here they don't have to care. I asked for my stove to be fixed and was told by the "manager" it was not important to fix that. It was not an emergency like a leak. I guess wanting a hot meal is a luxary if you are going to live here. Perhaps I should not be so demanding. A tip do not live here or in any Lynd prpoerty.
