Don't move here if you have children, don't move here if you want working appliances, don't move here if you want a safe and clean enviroment. There is a reason this complex ALWAYS has a move in special..NO ONE in their right mind would move in here unless there was some kind of offer. These are the nastiest apartments on this side of town aside from The Crest. Maintenance will NOT fix your appliances or anything for that matter including the pool or the landscaping. The office staff couldn't care less about the tenants. Just another example of a rotten Lynd CO. apartment complex.
