JUST PLAIN SUCKS!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
My wife and I moved to Dublin apts in November of 2004, At first we found the staff very professional, 2 months later, they replace everyone and everything went to ----. From the Heater going out, to the ants that infested our bathroom, it took the "new" manager 3 months to get an exterminator. There was BLACK MOLD in the apartment, the maintence guy sprayed it with spray paint, LAZY SOB'S, came back and we started getting sick then summer came and our ac broke. We had enough and moved into a Brand new Home, Broke our lease, hired an attorney, and guess what' WE got our security deposit back, plus the months we where without air conditioning in 2005! Im glad we documented everything that happened.
