Dublin apartment management started off very easy to get along with and very responsive to maintenance needs. When Lynd Management took over, everything took a drastic turn for the worse. Our apartment, near the golf course, flooded from the apartment above due to poor sewerage plumbing. After 6 months of repeated maintenace requests, requests to move apartments, we moved out. Due to the flooding and continued wet conditions, mold and mildew developed on the walls and in the carpet. After loading our furniture, we tried to get management to go through the apartment and they would not. They then took our security deposit and billed and place a collection on our credit reports for over $600. We continued to fight the collection through the statute of limitations. Finally, after all of these years, the derogatory information is set to roll off our credit reports.
If you have any options at all, do not rent from these crooks. Look at the other complaints on this website and others. Military members, stay as far away as you can because they tried to force the U.S. Army to pay them through the collectors.
